Cubanos Cafe Bistro - Southend-on-Sea

Yesterday sat with friend and had smoked for the first time on toast, eating was great and fresh, will go back

What a brilliant little place! a huge menu with many options and all dips served well presented and hot. the jug of water at arrival and the drinks in the beautiful glasses were a nice note. will definitely try again other options on the menu.

Took the Mrs for a Birthday lunch. We reserved a table, so we weren't dissapointed at not being able to eat. Mrs had ham, egg and chips the chips were AWESOME I had to steal one from her just to try them. I had piri piri kebabs SUPERB, Cuban inspired rice was really tasty and salad was very good. A few beers and a cocktail completed our meal. Had visited before, but not been since Covid shenanigans, but will definately return more often :

I have visited this place today and it was awful, I ordered some dish that had only little amount of rice, little amount of sauce and 3 pieces of meat,The dish itself was £12.50 which was way too much for amount of food I received,I also ordered and paid for can of coke which I didn't get as it was take away,no cutlery or napkins,what a shame, won't go again

Went for breakfast with a friend, we were served by the lovely Siobhan. She made sure we had everything we asked for and the food was great, so compliments to the chef also! Will definitely be going in there again! Thanks guys!
