Totally fed up with this place! Food OK, not the best but creature of habit and have used it for years on and off. Always end up going elsewhere eventually as their customer service is appalling. Takeaway orders are ALWAYS late. Every week we have the same items, this week (not for the first time) my prawn curry was missing. Rang them, expecting them to replace it, only to be virtually called a liar!! Won’t be using again!! They’ve just lost a weekly £30-£40 order over a prawn curry! Have used many more in Southend with fresher food and FAR better customer service!

We waited over 2 hours for a home delivery and it was lukewarm when it arrived. We don’t live out in the sticks either! Definitely won’t use them again.

We used to frequent this Chinese restaurant for our go-to takeaway option, but the quality has significantly declined in recent months. We received undercooked chicken once and when we called to inform them, they did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. Additionally, the food is not as hot as it used to be and lacks flavor. The overall quality has diminished compared to what it once was. While we used to recommend this place to friends, we no longer do so. Feel free to try it out for yourself, but I personally would not recommend it unless there are significant improvements. I will not be ordering from here again unless there are changes made.

I stopped by for my usual order of mushroom curry and chips, a dish I often get from similar establishments. Here, they offer the mushroom curry with a choice of rice or egg fried rice for £5.30. If you prefer chips or noodles, there is an additional charge of £1, making it £6.30 in total. A nearby restaurant called 'The Tasty' offers the same mushroom curry and chips for £4.90, so I decided to compare the two. I also indulged in some vegetable spring rolls, as I have a big appetite. The service was good, efficient, and polite. My order arrived promptly, and I took it home to enjoy. The spring rolls were a bit overcooked and greasy, so I didn't finish them. However, the mushroom curry was delicious and generously portioned, slightly better than the one I had at 'The Tasty'. The chips didn't quite meet my expectations and had a strange taste, which may just be a matter of personal preference. I noticed that the prices on Just Eat were the same as in the restaurant, which was a plus. The curry with chips or noodles only costs an additional 60p, not a whole pound like at some places. However, there is a minimum order of £10, a £3 delivery fee for orders under £35, and a 50p service charge on the app. While others may have had better experiences with their food choices, I will stick to my usual spot for my basic food preferences.

We ordered a variety of food during our visit from London which we collected. The guy who took our order was friendly and attentive. However the food was not what we had expected. It was nice enough to eat the majority but it lacked a lot of flavour in our opinion.
