Starbucks - Southbury

Coffee is usually always on point and no issues. Staff is very friendly and the Coffee is quick to come out.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this Starbucks left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the establishment was subpar; the floors appeared neglected, covered in spilled liquid and trash. Despite the lack of a crowd, the service was surprisingly slow, leading to a delayed realization that our drinks had been waiting on the counter. The tea, regrettably, tasted diluted, and the overall ambiance suffered due to unfriendly staff. Hoping for an improvement in both cleanliness and service in the future.

INCONSISTENT. I get the same coffee frequently and on the weekend the same barista makes it wrong. I've asked to have it remade and it's always a problem. With the price of this coffee it's unacceptable to have your coffee taste like burnt espresso and with ice filled so high to the top that after one sip, your drink is finished. I'm just not coming to this location anymore and it's sad because this is my town. Newtown Starbucks is always consistent and a lot more friendly go there.
