The only restaurant I'm aware of that is unapologetic about making mistakes with your order. There's a stark contrast between their Thai Curry Beef and the standard Beef and Broccoli. While I don't mean to take anything away from Sakae Fusion in Southbury, CT, I can only comment on the wrong orders and overpriced food.

The service was great; the staff gave us space until we were ready to place our order. The selection of sushi and rolls was delightful.

I went to this restaurant after finding another one too crowded. On a Saturday night, we were the only customers, which should have been a warning sign. The staff was friendly, but the food was just average. I’m quite particular about my sushi; I prefer it served cold, but mine was at room temperature. It wasn't terrible, but there are definitely many better options for sushi elsewhere. I can’t comment on their hot dishes, so I’d recommend choosing one of those if you decide to go.

My family frequently visits this restaurant. Overall, the food is mostly good, although I’m not a fan of the dishes with brown sauce. The atmosphere really transports me back to the charm of old-school New York restaurants. I particularly enjoyed a duck dish, though I can't recall its name at the moment—I’ll be sure to find out next time! The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. Price per person: $30–50. Food: 4/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5.
