The Cricketers - Southampton

Booked for Sunday evening with my partner and daughter,pub was busy with people just having a drink or a roast dinner.atmosphere was lovely and relaxed.Ordered roasts dinners and desserts the staff were great and the food was excellent. Have been coming here for many years and never disappoints.

Located in the centre of the city, a stones throw from London Road. This is a favourite of mine. Still traditional in style, plenty of varied seating with tables for dining together with a patio style back area with parasols and heating. There’s benches outside the front which is currently cordoned off to traffic. A wide range of drinks and spirits with specialty drinks in the fridge .A large choice of menu meals, award winning too! I have tried a few and all were very enjoyable. A special mention to Kat and Huw who make the place an even better place for their great hospitality. Cleanliness is of a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend it.

This place always has a great atmosphere. the events taking place here are always fun and pleasant. definitiw a great place if they are not in the whole teeny bopper vibe and just want a high-quality pub with a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. garden is great and the staff is always polite and friendly:

There was 23 March 2017, for there new menu guide. large small pub, courtesy and friendly staff, good selection of real ales and eat, which will grace the best of pub life in southampton. look forward to going back there.

I have loved the cricks for many years however they need the scampi fries situation please xx
