Emons Indian Takeaway - Southampton

Avoid this dump! Mediocre food is not worth the exceptional wait time or hassle. Staff is incompetent in handling customer concerns.

We ordered from Emons for the first time tonight and the service has been absolutely disgusting. We placed an order at 6 o’clock and were told it’d be an hour wait, almost 2 hours later we are still waiting. We tried to call many times but weren’t able to get through and when we did finally get through the man on the phone had an awful attitude, no apology and didn’t seem to care at all that we’d been waiting for so long and weren’t able to get through to enquire about where our order was he then claimed the driver had only left 5/10 mins ago for an order placed over an hour and a half ago! Absolutely disgusting. Avoid!!! If I could give it no stars I would.

Ordered food and picked it up, food was hot and very nice. They use good meat and the food wasn't too greasy.

Absolutely stunning food! Probably the best Indian takeaway in Southampton. I've had a lot of Indian food from a variety of places and I've yet to find better.

I’ve been an Emon’s customer for over 10 years plus you can tell it’s changed hands. We have loved the food here but recently it’s not up to scratch something missing sad to say really
