Bitz And Pizzaz - Southampton

My experience at this restaurant yesterday was not very pleasant. When we walked in, there was only one person behind the counter preparing food. He completely ignored us and didn't bother to acknowledge our presence. Eventually, he took my order but rudely interrupted me before I could finish. The prices have also increased from £12.99 for two 12-inch pizzas to £16.50 for two with a 10% discount. The pizzas were tasty, but the lack of politeness from the staff left a bad impression. I will not be returning and will likely try the new restaurant that recently opened nearby. It's a shame that simple politeness was missing, as it can cost businesses customers.

I had ordered food for 2pm, but it arrived at 1pm. When I mentioned that our lunch hour was at 2pm, the server said it was not a problem and he would cook fresh ones for us. However, when the food was returned an hour later, it was obvious that it had just been reheated in the oven as it was overly well-done and the bases were so hard that we couldn't even bite into them. I was truly disappointed with the experience.

This restaurant always has a great deal on buy one, get one free for any size pizza when you pick it up. The pizzas are cooked freshly while you wait, and there are options beyond pizza like chicken and burgers. They also offer a variety of desserts, though they may not be the best value for the price. The pizzas are delicious and come out piping hot from the oven.

Fresh dough, generous toppings, fast delivery and great value for money. Also, the free pot of garlic mayo is delicious!

Pizzas are pretty damn good and for about six quid each, who could complain? Everything is fresh and tasty and really good value.
