Contribuiți la feedbackReally bad experience today at this subway with online order, I arrived bit early for pick up and found out that the person making sandwich was just throwing veggies on the bread and not interested in putting things properly and on top he added lots of salt on all the sandwiches which made it very difficult to eat.. almost wanted to go back and take sandwich back but was so tired off work and couldn’t feel like going back… btw I am regular on this shop but never had such bad experience ?
DONT EVER DO ONLINE ORDER. What is the point of doing being proactive, placing an online order, if it takes longer than just going and ordering? This is the 5th time I've done a online order, show up, they haven't even started the order until I get there. Isn't online ordering suppose to be more efficient and less time consuming? Not once, not one time have they prepared the order ready for pick up. Please please manage your employees in a competent matter.
My Son and I went to Subway around 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 7th and the place was empty, but the 3 employees behind the counter were making subs. We waited to place our order and no one looked up, said hello, or even acknowledged that we were in store. After waiting 6 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, I told the guy behind the counter (the 2 women had walked by us and went into the back) that we were leaving because of how long we waited and not being acknowledge. His response was “we’re busy.” He didn’t apologize, or even look at me when he spoke to me for that matter. I left and went to another Subway where we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. I will never go back to the Subway in South Riding. Busy or not, at least acknowledge that you have customers waiting. Say hello, or we’ll be with you in a minute, or make eye contact, but DO NOT ignore people who have entered your store.
Manager at this location is rude and should not be in customer service, the associates are much more friendlier? How is that possible?? 0/10 would not recommend this location.
I am not happy with this subway at all! They don't follow directions on the order. We said DONT CUT . WE DO NOT CARE FOR MAYO COVERED KNIVES THAT THEY CUT ALL SANDWICHES WITH.Also I ordered a chicken rotisserie and the chicken only made its way to the middle of a footlong. This is horrible.Take the time employees to READ THE ORDER.
