Baskin-robbins - South Pasadena

Particularly poor service on New Years Eve at 8 pm. I was walking in as a couple was walking out. The fat short female worker said they were closed and refused to provide service: no sign on the door, and not following the hours of operation on the door, and most importantlythedoorwas notlocked. I explained that I literally I just want take a cake out of the refrigerator and purchase it- no complicated ice cream concoction for them to create that requires me to mull over ice cream flavors. My purchase would take all of a minute. The lazy worker refused and we went back and forth about it for the same amount of time that it would have taken for this location to sell me the cake. Bad service and what a poor choice on the manager's part to hire rude and unfriendly workers who refuse to do their job.

I showed up at 2pm. The owner was willing to make us a custom flavor ice cream cake in less than 3 hours. I haven't been here since the lockdown. This cake was delish.

Excellent customer service with great prices around I’ve seen. The store looked and smelled squeaky clean and the lady working there was very kind and accommodating, would definitely recommend.

It was so freaking hot the day I stopped by. Baskin Robbins has definitely kicked up it's game with all the new dessert options, but I still love the same classic flavors: Mint and cookies cream. ENJOY!
