Lew Marnel's - South Lake Tahoe

My friends and I were walking down Park Avenue while on vacation in South Lake Tahoe, Ca and stumbled across LewMarNel's restaurant at the Station House Inn. We Caught the scent from the pool side grill and wondered in to look at the menu. Absolutely amazing luck as we were coming up short on good food options in the area. Our experience was second to none as LewMarNels's staff provided great food, service, and relaxed poolside atmosphere. We checked out the dinner menu, wine list, and indoor dinning room as well and made a reservation for tomorrow night. Can't wait to be back!

I simply enjoyed their food. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is neat and the employees are always nice. Will come visit again.

We visited on a Sunday night while staying at the Station House Inn and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken and shrimp with asparagus were cooked perfectly, with great seasoning. The interior has a cozy old South Lake Tahoe cabin feel. The chef's apple pie recipe is outstanding. Make a reservation if there's a wait, but don't miss out on this place - it should be busy every night.

Lewmarnel's is the top restaurant in South Lake Tahoe. We stayed at the Station House Inn and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at the restaurant. We dined here four times during our stay and were blown away by the exceptional cuisine. The ribeye and trout dishes were outstanding, as were the sides. We had a great experience overall.

We dine at this restaurant frequently during the winter when we are in Lake Tahoe. The escargot, steaks, wine, and service are all exceptional. My wife and I typically order the same thing each time, and the steak is always cooked to perfection and pairs wonderfully with red wine. This restaurant holds a special place in my heart as it is a classic establishment in Lake Tahoe that my parents used to take me to when I was a child. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already.
