Beautiful small village pub make their classic selection at pub grub. beautiful modern interieur with half restaurant bar. the employees are friendly, although sometimes a little busy at peak night can be. eating is very pleasant and the portions are large. the price is very competitive and eating here will not break the bank. I visited a few times and will be safe in the future. also from the note, is the beautiful event room and room. Although I did not personally try them, I have friends who report good things.

What a beautiful place. I was only for a private function and I am very impressed. beautifully decorated room, very spacious, beautiful outside area and cats for children. eating was good and the staff was very helpful. the bar area was tastefully decorated with some great quirky items. I would recommend the black horse in baston.

Our family of 9 went to Sunday dinner today to celebrate the retirement of my father. eating was amazing, service was friendly, and the atmosphere was great. very recommended the black horse and we will return.

I organized a party in black horse and would definitely recommend this place. gail was so helpful and nothing was too upset. we were also overnight and the rooms are nice and the breakfast was delicious.

Cracking place to eat. Lovely food. Brilliant presentation. Great service. All at a reasonable price too. Would definitely reccomend.
