Mcdonald's - South Kesteven

The service at McDonald's Bourne today was very disappointing. The drinks were placed carelessly on the counter and the staff member had already turned away before I reached the counter. Upon discovering there was no straw for the shake, I had to go back inside and ask for one. I was ignored for about half a minute before someone finally noticed me. The latte was barely warm and the shake had a sour taste, forcing us to throw it away. Overall, it was a negative experience with no redeeming qualities.

I do not like Ketchup. I have never liked Ketchup the smell the taste makes me feel sick. But for some ill gotten reason the staff at McDonald's Bourne cannot get their heads round this simple concept that some people don't like ketchup! When I order to eat in for a burger without ketchup; Nope KETCHUP IN IT, when I order a burger from the drive through WHICH EVEN HAS NO SAUCE WRITTEN ON THE **** LABE! Nope KETCHUP IN IT. This particular restaurant has NEVER out of numerous visits gotten my order correct and the only reason I am still using their service is for my family. Please train your staff to A. Listen B. Read C. Check the orders correctly. I will continue to post bad reviews until the day you get my order of a meal WITHOUT KETCHUP correct!!!

Everything I had was great, the fries, drink and most importantly the burger. It was excellent and one of the best I have ever had at McDonalds.

We got our meal by the drive through. They got are order right and the food was warm. Normal standards for a McDonalds so it is a 5 star review.

I've tried uber let's not go there drive through order was wrong had to wait ages no apology ..left me with the drinks whilst the food was corrected drinks are just ice anyway . Complete melt over priced for very cheap food and service
