Taco Bell - South Hill

This was probably the worst restaurant experience I've had. I had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated, which is not a big deal, but my meal ended up being served cold and missing several ingredients listed on the menu. This was a disappointment, especially since my previous visit here was flawless. I hope they can improve for future customers.

If someone wants consistent and accurate orders, this is not the place for them. If they enjoy missing food, then this is the place to visit. It has the worst tacos in the country. Three strikes and you're out.

I went through the drive-thru and didn't receive any sauce for the chicken strips. Also, there were no forks or spoons for the mac and cheese. The KFC tacos were just okay.

The slowest ride I've ever been through. service is good medium and eating is ok. the worst part is that they are always close earlier than their listed time

Food was good but it took a little time to get it...no lids in place for the soda....no napkins.....no mild sauce for the tacos....
