I ordered the Half Pound Beef n Cheddar sandwich, but unfortunately it did not have any cheddar cheese in it.
The restaurant review mentions that there was a missing part of the order and they served the drink in the incorrect size.
Narby is usually a great dining option with quick service, fresh meals, and friendly staff. However, my family and I had a different experience yesterday. When we arrived, we stood in line but no one acknowledged us, and we were left waiting with no confirmation. Eventually, we placed our order but there was no receipt provided. When I asked for one, the cashier was unhelpful. It's unclear if the staff at the front need more training or if they were purposely avoiding customers during busy lunch hours. As someone who has worked in customer service, a simple apology and acknowledgment goes a long way. Customers can choose to be patient or dine elsewhere, but ignoring them is not the solution.
The floor was sticky and rough, the tables were dirty, and despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 20 minutes to receive our food. Even the drive-thru customers got their food before us, along with people who arrived after us. When we inquired about the long wait, we were told that there was only one person working in the kitchen. However, the person who took our order did not have control over getting our food out, which was eventually brought out by the kitchen staff and manager.
