Meat Bowl - South Gate

I ordered my usual dish, but I noticed that the taste has changed. When I called to inquire if there had been any changes to the recipe or preparation, I was told that nothing had changed. Unfortunately, the call ended abruptly without any apologies or an offer to return the plate. This was a disappointing experience and a frustrating use of my time and money.

I absolutely love this place! The food is always served quickly, and I've never encountered any issues. However, parking can be a bit challenging when the plaza is busy. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the average price per person is around $30 to $50.

I've been frequenting this restaurant since I was a child, and the food has always been excellent. However, I observed something today that really bothered me, and it's one of my biggest pet peeves. I saw a cook exit the restroom while wearing his apron and immediately go back to working in the kitchen. This is a huge no-no! Employees should definitely remove their aprons before using the restroom and during any breaks. This practice is extremely unsanitary and quite off-putting. Unfortunately, this experience has influenced my rating. Food: 5 Service: 1.

The service was poor, and the food was overcooked. The owner's attitude was unpleasant and made me feel as if he was doing me a favor by serving the food. His demeanor was off-putting, and he seemed indifferent to cleanliness. The price per person was between $20 and $30.
