Tried this lovely pub for the first time today, great roast and great experience will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was good and the atmosphere was excellent. We did book but only on the day so not too far in advance. The pub was really cosy with the log burner going and my dog loved it. The bar staff were very friendly and made a fuss of the dog. Dogs are allowed to be in the bar area only, so if you are taking your furry friend make sure you tell them when booking to get the right area. Price per person: £20–30

Such a nice pub! Super cozy, staff was incredibly friendly and the food was so good! There are so many nice rooms and areas in the pub that it just feels nice to be in! I definitely want to go back! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Entered the pub to find one lady serving behind the bar, she was busy however polite and jovial with us. We ordered our drinks although the choice of beer was incredibly limited. Asked to put a phone on charge and a second woman who I can only imagine is an in law now one wants to see rudely said that we couldn’t charge our phone. She was very unwelcoming and set a tone in the pub. Other people in the pub (practically the only other 2) looked at us in judgement of how she had treated us. I will not be returning due to how rude this woman behind the bar was
