The people at this place are so rude. Wanted to remake my drinks because they messed up but they refused to do so. Do better starbucks.

Hours are wrong. They’re not open until 10:30PM. Only the drive thru is

It's a shame that you spend your hard earn money to buy coffee, refresher, or other beverages. To receive a water down drink that taste nasty. Or coffee that tastes awful...it's a shame it was my favorite location tooI think that it's kinda of small location and need to expand....

I don 't like to give anything less than 5 stars unless it 's bad. This is my very first 3 stars review.The 3 stars are for the staff. Starbucks here deserves 2 stars.They close the lobby area and it 's only 6PM! I don 't think they open the lobby for customers period. I saw HS kids coming in with their backpacks hoping to sit and do their homework, yet the door was shut and locked.They have about 4 employees in one shift just to work the drive-thru yet they close down the lobby area. I had seen other Starbucks locations that only 2 employees and they have everything opened. This Starbucks is empty most of my visits, but sometimes it gets backed up, because it 's a drive thru only place and it still doesn 't get that busy though. That should tell you how frustrated customers are.If you pay with a credit card, the first thing they would ask on the machine is how much do you want to tip? I tip well when I find it 's deserving. Like when I saw a Starbucks that was really short staff, 2 employees that work the entire Starbucks helping drive-thru and walk-in customers and the Starbucks is twice the size of this one. Even if I just buy 1 coffee for $4, I would tip $5. The ambiance here is not so friendly nor welcoming. A lot of homeless people are walking around as well. I usually just get their regular black coffee venti and then would order the grilled cheese for my teenage rascal. Oh the grilled cheese sandwich (which were packaged frozen and they just warm it up) cost $6.95.If you have the Starbucks App, you can earn 2 stars for every dollar you spend if you use their reloadable Starbucks card, if not it 's $1 for 1 star. This is on the corner of Santa Anita and Valley.Right across from it is Norms.Right next to it on the same plaza is Jack In The Box.In the same plaza there are other businesses as well:Jersey 's Mike, Frozen Yogurt, Flame Broiler, Wing-Stop, UPS, a dental office, a jewelry shop, Five Below, PetCo, Ross, a small grocery market, a mattress place.
