The worst service I've encountered in Europe since we have been here since May. They make you feel bad coming to sit down to eat there. We had breakfast included with our accomodation. First day we got screamed at the wait cause we were unsure if we were in the right cafe to use the vouchers. It also takes them 25 minutes for them to even serve you. If you're Non- Italian speaking they expect to wait for ages, and if you even ask to be served they tell you to wait. Second day they run out of all pastry's so we ordered some extras which the waitress forgot about. We ended up getting up and having to pay for breakfast the rest of the trip. Would not recommend to anyone. Will also ruin the start of your day.
