Maladum Coffee - Sorong

Really world class coffee in Sorong just in front of the airport.. Just little bit sorry that they just don't sell any desert (like the crème brulé which is on the menu) when I was there.

Maladum Coffee is among the best in town. I ordered kopi susu gula aren dingin, it was so good. Also the fried banana, perhaps the best so far. The shop also provide coffee bean, grilled and grinded to bring home. The staff were friendly and professional.

I think this is the first eco-friendly coffee shop in Sorong. I was pretty shocked when I saw the didn't gave us plastic or paper-based straws. Instead, they provided us stainless-steel straws. It was so nice. Love the idea! Didn't order the coffee, but the Matcha latte and Red Velvet latte were good. The snacks were okay as well, but the Pempek wasn't satisfying. The place is not really big but pretty cozy. It's easy to find since it's located in the heart of Sorong.

A small coffee parlor near the airport, serves good coffee with various manual brewing methods available (and also espresso-based coffee). Baristas are quite skilful in serving you nice cup of caffeine. The downside is, they play their music a little too loud.

Have a good coffee and nice place to hang up with friends or just for having time alone. Really enjoy it.
