I enjoyed the flavors of Cotto Makassar. While some may find it a bit bland, I personally enjoyed it. You can always add extra salt to suit your taste. I recommend pairing it with Buras. A bowl of Cotto Makassar should be enough to enjoy with 4-5 Buras.

Coto Makassar was the best here. You should try. The food very tasty. But the staff not very helpful. Price range from 20k-35k per person. No queues here. No rice here
