We stopped here after a day at Bormio's natural spa baths and had a truly memorable meal. This is a down-home traditional restaurant offering local and regional specialities, with some very unique and one-of-a-kind menu items you won't find anywhere else in Italy. If that's not enough, they also have a full wood-fired pizza menu, which was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Vegans would not find much here, though they do have some vegetarian options thought out. (The Valtellina region, in general, for vegans and vegetarians however is a little rough! Make sure to stop here if in the area!!!

We have stopped here with 5 adults and 5 children. Great choice of excellent Pizzas, Fillet Steak with different sauces and local dishes of course. All dishes freshly prepared with seasonal touches (e.g mushrooms). Tip: Very good and enjoyable. Book a table in the cellar room!

Che dire? Il ristorante rasenta la perfezione secondo i miei gusti. Piatti anche ricercati, ma senza esagerazioni, che comunque guardano alla tradizione. Porzioni abbondanti, e prezzi leggermente al di sotto della media della zone. Per questo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo diventa estremamente vantaggioso. Io ho preso una zuppa di farro e cavolo nero come primo, molto buona. Per secondo una tagliata, eccezionale, si scioglieva in bocca. Mia moglie ha ordinato un fagotto di tagliatelle alla bresaola, con pasta fatta in casa, e ne è rimasta estasiata. Mio figlio si è lanciato col classico pizzichero che gli è piaciuto tantissimo. Anche i dolci sono fatti da loro e sono sublimi. Abbiamo mangiato ieri sera e abbiamo prenotato anche per stasera, tanto ci siamo trovati bene. Complimenti
