Da Filippo Autentica Cucina Italiana

Our experience at Da Filippo was 10/10 from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Berti welcomed us in and waited on us throughout the night. They truly make you feel like you are dining at their home, the hospitality is that of a close friend. Being there with a group, we enjoyed multiple appetizers consisting of bruschetta, burrata, and artichoke. Everyone also got their own dinner entrees which allowed us to taste many different things from their menu and specials list. Every single dish was absolutely delicious and fresh. We ended the night with coffee, cannolis, and beautiful singing by Filippo himself! You can tell that Berti and Filippo go above and beyond to create a welcoming and memorable experience, which puts them a step above other restaurants. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a night of delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, and friendship!

An absolutely delightful meal. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive but not rushed. Our first time there and they made us feel like family. We’ll be back soon! Kid-friendliness: They don’t have a kids menu but can accommodate to satisfy picky tastes.

Everything was great. The service was a bit on the slower side but I believe it is because they want people to sit down and enjoy a meal with the people you brought to have the meal with. The food was very good quality/ portions were on point and the dessert was sooo good. I particularly am not a fan of orange flavored anything but the dessert with the hint of orange was soooo very very good. Everything was light and not heavy and just over all very good place. Not too expensive and worth the money. The outside doesn't look appealing but when you walk in it's like finding a diamond in the rough. Awesome ?

Wonderful from start to finish. When entering, we were greeted warmly by owner/chef Filippo's and his lovely wife, Berti. Felt at home the second we walked in the door. The place is spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff was phenomenal, very attentive without hovering. The food absolutely delicious. The burrata just melted in your mouth. My mom had the tortellini which was decadent and I had the mahi mahi which was cooked absolutely perfectly and delicious all the way through. Did not realize that it was BYO so suffered through without wine. But can't wait to go back with a nice bottle of red! Ordered the cannoli for dessert and then had the honor and privilege of having Filippo sit down at the piano and sing happy birthday to me and to a set of twins that were there as well. Then he graced us with a Beatles medley. Beautiful voice, wonderful piano player and I definitely think I like the song imagine much better in Italian! Make sure you get him to play for you! 

The cheese Ravioli are fresh, homemade and have delicious flavor of cheeses combined with a flavorful, smooth marinara. Bread had genuine taste, especially the crust. Can’t wait to try further entrees and more !
