Not your typical Mexican spot It's run by Mexico City natives working to represent the city's bar scene. A well curated bar and menu.

Barra was absolutely wonderful. Literally the best food I've had in Boston, and some of the best Mexican food I've had outside of Mexico. Beautifully curated cocktail, mezcal and sotol list, a thoughtful and inventive menu. Absolutely do not miss the gringas tacos or the tetelas everything was wonderful, but those two knocked me dead. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, they gave wonderful recommendations, and brought all the ambiance of the very chic indoor space into the patio dining experience. Can't wait to go back again, and again, and again. (Seriously, I hope they liked us, because we're definitely going to be frequent visitors.
