Jillian's - Somerset

Have been constantly disappointed with the service at the bar but went with a friend and sat in the out door. Service was awesome, food was great.

This place has really good tasting food and it's an excellent value for your money. The prices are pre inflation and pre covid prices. There's tv's all around the restaurant. They had alot of tables so I didn't have to wait. I'll eat here again for sure the next time I'm in the area. It is located right next to river view inn and suites.

Great location right next to the low income housing hotel we stayed at. Food was halfway decent, service terrible waitress slow as can be. Almost 20 minutes to get my beer but it was good. Armosphere was fine what you expect from a dive bar

Tried Jillian’s for the first time and was very disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. We sat at the bar and waited for someone to greet us. The bartenders did not greet us with a smile or were accommodating. We had to ask for menus and it seemed like they were more interested in the regular customers than taking the time to accommodate new customers. We went there on a Friday night and it was half empty and the service was slow. We had no issue with the food.Overall, the bartenders seemed that we were an inconvenience to them. After waiting a period of time to cash out, we ended up having to find them and ask for the bill.We went with another couple and agreed we would never go back. Remember, it’s all about customer service.

Finally- good wings in Somerset! Friendly staff too.
