Good customer service does not exist here. Look somewhere else for ice cream. Very disappointed.

And first I will say very friendly staff. The ice cream is really good to but there definitely are some issues first being there cash only which is very inconvenient in 2023 not even a card option. Apple Pay is out of the picture but besides that not a bad place to go. They just need to get with the times.

The waffle cones here are the best ! Only place that I have had that's close to being as good is the Barn . The serving size here is ridiculously big . The small here is a large anywhere else. I have not had a bad ice cream flavor here . The texture is always creamy and has strong flavors. My favorite are made chocolate chip and coffee.

This has always been a fave ice cream stop. This past week I had a very bad case of food poisoning after getting a frappe here. If you have stomach/intestinal sensitivities it's a pass. Not enough adult oversight to guarantee cleanliness protocols are followed.
