Contribuiți la feedbackToday is my first time trying this place. The food was excellent. Good size portions. I ordered the Ebunubunu Special. It was delicious and reminded me of how it is made back home. Most authentic New Jersey place i have been too so far. Great job! I will definitely be back.
Terrible. Wanted to try a new African restaurant, should?ve stayed with my usual spot down the street. From walking inside you can tell the food isn?t fresh. Peanut Soup with goat was horrible. Could barely bite into the goat I?m Jamaican and have had my fair share of goat this isn?t it. Not to mention my fufu had a random piece of plastic in it. ???? Safe to say I will never return to this place again and you shouldn?t waste your money. Asaka Delights down the street is way better.
I had the worst experience, I ordered at 3:45 pm, I asked someone to pick up at 5 pm. Only for them to make the dude wait for an additional 1 hour. They are very disorganized. First time trying them out and I regret doing so.
Having lived in Ghana before, I can tell you this is a real treat. The food was tasty, the staff friendly and there was an atmosphere that reminded me of Ghana in the best way. I am glad I tried this place out. The kelewele (plantain dish) was very enjoyable, and my fufu was good with a delicious pepper soup and even the pieces of goat meat made me remember the chop bars of Ghana. Oh, you have to try to the sobolo as well. You won't regret it.
They just need to work on their customer services. The man there always seem to have an attitude. We waited for like 20 mins for our food and it was cold!! This was the first this happened to me. But the food is good there.
