Yes the place is in the middle of nowhere, way too bright, almost spotlight-lit, more cosiness certainly would not go astray, but I still give it the 5 stars. I was taken here by the locals. It is because pizza here, more neapolitan style that what one nornally gets in this part of Sicily, is outstandingly fantastic. The toppings are not typical, many creative options available, even for vegetarians. Spinach and salsiccia was a star choice. Full of locals, the place is run by wonderfully talented father of the family, who makes gorgeous articles in interior design and sculptures from driftwood he finds on beaches nearby. His son Francesco mostly takes care of the pizza restaurant now. Loved it!

You must try this twist on a classical pizza: Il Pizzolo. A thick pastry pizza, which is baked, sliced and stuffed with a variety of fillings. It is re-baked with parmeggiano sprinkled on top, the pastry is the right amount of crispiness......fantastic!! Service was great, prices decent! A place you must visit if you are in Solarino. The plants in the outdoor area are a welcome distraction from the surrounding buildings. Do not forget to book, the chances are that there will be no available table if you go unannounced !

We were eating in pizzeria in the utmost respect of the rules of ancient times where space was the verb of the owners. pizzas, lace and votes very digestible and of excellent quality. give five stars to be the best in quality / welcome / professional service and sympathy. thanks to the Aliano family.

Agony. we finally found the pizzeria we've been looking for for a long time! pizzas are excellent, digestible, with first quality ingredients, and long yeast paste. the menu, very varied, also includes pizzas for those who are gluten intolerant. the environment is very large, cozy, very clean services. the price is very expensive. They asked us for the green passage. If we didn't, they won't let us in. further confirmation of the reliability and attention to customers. We will definitely come back!
