Wendy's - Smyrna

I have to say, this Wendy's is the worst I’ve ever been to. Each time I visit, my order is consistently wrong. The food is always served cold. As for the store manager, he leaves much to be desired. His customer service skills are severely lacking. In fact, I was actually told that if I kept having issues at this Wendy's, I should try another location. How rude is that? Especially when customers are being served cold, stale food? This place is truly terrible. It desperately needs new staff and better management! The food is rarely prepared correctly, and it’s invariably disappointing—cold, dry, and old!

They serve an amazing Frosty, regardless of the flavor! The ideal temperature should be between 19° and 21° Fahrenheit, which ensures that it's always thick enough to enjoy with a spoon. Plus, a Frosty has fewer calories compared to other fast food shakes.

I recently dined at a lovely restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by very poor customer service. I specifically requested no salt on my meal because I'm pregnant and have high blood pressure, yet my fries came out greasy and heavily salted. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were dismissive and even accused me of lying, which forced me to show them the salt myself. Now, I'm waiting for my refund, but they are refusing to give me a corporate contact number. I will not be returning to this establishment again.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed a mobile order 47 minutes before my arrival, but it wasn't ready when I got there. After waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, I called to inquire about the status of my order. The employee could only tell me they were "working on it." After waiting for over an hour, I asked again how much longer it would take, but I received the same vague reply. If you’re okay with waiting just a little longer, I recommend trying the Wendy's on Macland or the one on Austell Road instead. I won't be coming back here.

I would recommend steering clear of this place if you can. It feels like their system is either broken or they have a very limited menu. I understand that everyone wants to finish up and head home, but they really take it to an extreme here.
