Pizza Hut - Smyrna

The ladies who work here are amazing. We always go in and eat and they treat us like we're family. The pizza is great. I couldn't recommend this place more.

The first time I visited this store I was charged twice on my debit card, the pizza was good though. The second time I visited I called in for pick up waited 30 minutes, arrived to no employee at check in had to yell in back to ask for pizza. After searching apparently my pizza was given away which means somebody else also received the wrong pizza they ordered. Sorry about that we 'll make another . Its 735 I 'm starving. Leave call to speak to mgr. no one will answer phone repeatedly. Call the next day to speak with mgr. Explain situation what do you want something for free? I work here but live in Columbus, Ga. and apparently that 's where I should continue to patronize P.H. Just disappointed with this store experience

Never had pizza hut but love it. Love the sauce and texture was great, place was nice and clean so was the bathroom. They was busy but had great service and didnt wait long for my pizza which was freshly made

It has been a long time since I've had Pizza Hut much less been inside one to sit down and eat. But this was a pleasant experience. I forgot how enjoyable just sitting down for pizza with friends could be and this location was great.

Delivery always takes over two hours to get to my house (I live a mile away). I?ve given up on that and tried doing carry out to make it faster. Three times now they?ve only had one person in the store trying to do everything. Tonight I stood at the counter for 28 minutes waiting to pick up my pizza while tree employees walked by in the kitchen looking at the line of people waiting. Pizza had been sitting in the warmer since before I came in. I?m not wasting any more money here.
