Burger King - Smyrna

I put an order in the app during the business hours (40 minutes before closing) and the lights were up and cars were on the parking lot. they wouldn't say anything on the car so I moved up to the window. I was ignored even though they could see me. I beeped my horn and the coworker rolled her eyes and went past, opened the through window, said they were closed and immediately closed and locked the window and turned her back to me before I could say a word. they had my money as I paid in the app. they obviously tried to make sure they left directly at 11:00 so that they turn off in the round all early. I returned the next day to talk to a manager and was told that they were not there and that the hired also turned the back and went immediately. I had to complain to the company and get a refund. they are rude and unprofessional.

Burger kings fresh cooked cheese coppers and pommes are excellent. large customer service highly recommended.

The employees are extremely rude. simple hallo and thanks. If you hate your job, please stop! there is no excuse for rude behavior and/or condescending attitude in customer service.

I didn't want to wait, but they said the burgers were made to order. that was not long waiting for everything my whopper was delicious. bk is not a business I am often because they are in the deceptive, but that was my first stop at this place where I would come back.

Young lady At the drive-through was very good she was on point and her attitude was perfect she had a very free impressionable attitude towards a customer
