Kay's Cafe - Smithville

I have a flat tire on my motorcycle literally in front of this restaurant. While waiting for my brother to pick me up with the pickup truck, I showed up at Kay's. The waitress was friendly and the food was great. All in all, I have to say that this place has an incredible feeling of home. I feel happy to be stranded from this little hidden gem. Cheers!

A hidden gem. Found out about this place and the word was true. Out standing food and service.You won't go wrong in trying this wonderful little place, wish I could have known about it sooner. Great Food, homemade, like mama made it.

Best food in the world. Company Potatoes we ate tonight, pictured with our homemade salad on the side. King Ranch Chicken is great. Swedish meatballs... We're super fans of all foods. We order via Kays Comfort Food FaceBook page.

Kay is fabulous!! We love her!! Cooking is amazing! The staff is fantastic. The escape is great. The food is delicious! Meals are mouthwater!!!! I mentioned the deserts perfectly.. They take care of the recording. Roast beef sandwich is to die. Tortilla soup is delicious and warming. I mentioned that the Cobler Blackberry was my favorite, but they are all excellent.
