En Lai - Slippery Rock

Delivery was a disaster. They didn 't deliver to the right house and blamed us for writing 2nd house instead of second house in the special instructions. Delivery driver called and told us it was at the wrong house and that we can get it ourselves. Well the family there ate the food thinking someone in their household ordered it. When we called they were not very polite about their mistake and wanted to blame us for their lack of understanding. At the end of the conversation I don 't believe it was a language barrier as much as straight incompetence.

I spoke with the staff, and they kindly explained that I had ordered incorrectly. However, they offered to prepare what I actually wanted at no charge, which was a nice gesture. The new dish was delicious! I had ordered the chow mein lunch special to go, but what I received was completely different—I honestly didn't even recognize it as chow mein based on my Google searches. I was really disappointed, especially considering how unappetizing the food looked and smelled. The woman at the restaurant was very nice, and I've had good experiences with other dishes on different visits, but this particular order was a letdown. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Really good food for a fair price. I love supporting En Lai because they have been a staple in Slippery Rock for as long as I can remember. A box of take-out is only $13.50, which you are able to fill yourself.

There’s not much to elaborate on, but the food is fantastic. I always choose this place when family comes to visit. It's my favorite restaurant in Slippery Rock.

My wife my 2 kids and I had the buffet and we just could not stop talking about how good the food was so much better the the Chinese buffet in butler deffinetly looking forward to coming back
