Contribuiți la feedbackToday too bara to have my tooth dr. pillay the arrogant dr iw has ever met trying to pull the tooth before his injection then had the nerve to say stop crying. that was the most painful experience that dr. mvala in my life thanked him for being with us in surgery and taking over, because herr pillay was impatient and simply did not want to understand the pain I had.
I've been at Bara hospital for my cousin since 11pm. 4 hours later, she's still in the same position she was left in. No one has attended to her. She's triage 6 with recurrent seizures We can't even get anyone to talk to us without attitude being thrown around. Now I'm in tears cause I'm fighting for her to be seen. And no one is taking responsibility as to how an emergency patient has still not been attended to after 4 hours. Not to mention how rude the nurses and doctors are.
The public hospitals are not overwhelmed with covid19 the public hospital are overwhelmed because there is a lack of management and people have forgotten why they have started this job in the first place. I am in Baragwana hospital and have noticed alot of things as this is my first time in a public hospital. I came to hospital Tuesday around 8/9 pm i was only helped 6 am the next morning. I have watched how they will rather sit and chat with others then help patients who need care. A little girl probably called the staff 10 times before helping her off the bed to go to the toilet, there was a old lady probably in her 80s who was vomiting on herself, i had to call someone and took very long to help her... This is someones mother.... It could've been your mother would you want such care for her. There was a nurse that was so rude with sick patients taping them like she seems irritated that she needs to look for them while they sleeping because they are sick....... After i sat there all night and gotten help at 6 I was only transferred to the ward at 8 am where i had to sit again and wait... I was already very drained and tired. I truly want to know how does government want people to get better?? If they don't put the lights off at night and scream and chat away... How does one heal if you can't sleep you are just making yourself more sick by not sleeping This is way they are overwhelmed because they will rather slack and chat before helping others... No matter what colour you are pienk... Green.. Blue.... We all are humans with feelings. This is just a job for some people, they not doing it to help people... Just to have a paycheck The nurses and intern doctors couldn't careless to sanitize there hands before touching a person
The nurses and doctors are fine, what’s a mess is the whole system of this place! 1. Navigating to find parking is chaotic. You’ll drive up and down each and every car filled alley struggling to find where to go. When you do eventually find parking it will be a good 500m 700m away from where you need to get to, therefore elderly, disabled, or people that can’t walk far will struggle. Not to mention it’s just in some field that doesn’t particularly look safe. There zero signs outside to direct you where to go. 2. When you eventually get to the main building, the information signs are completely misleading, you’ll wonder around that maze of a place until you find what you need, if you find it. The information desk is completely useless, giving out incorrect information and procedure. 3. The receptionists or admin workers that assist you in the different departments are a joke. These are not the people with medical backgrounds but want to act important. Even with a referral for whatever test you want to do they will still send you to go through casualties to see a doctor which will be a good few hours wait. From there you’ll be sent to collect various paperwork from different places UNNECESSARY) , then sent back to wherever you need to go, only to wait a couple more hours to be seen. You’ll easily spend the day there without getting what you needed done. 4. There is no order, line system, or sense of urgency. The citizens are suffering, and waiting in that place, that also poses a hazard to picking up some or other new infection. It’s overwhelmingly full and the nurses and doctors are working under pressure. Big respect to the medical staff, the admin and reception people can be thrown away. Especially X-rays department admin.
Today, I dined at 38 after receiving permission from the hostess to make a reservation for my group. The hostess was very helpful, attentive, and accommodating. The waitstaff also went above and beyond to assist us. The restaurant was spotless and it was evident that they were running smoothly. I was very impressed and want to extend my gratitude to the hostess and staff for their dedication and hard work.
