Hop Brew - SISTERS

I called ahead to pre-order our dinner for a dine-in experience, and I have to say, the staff was fantastic. They were extremely busy when I called, but they were accommodating and offered to pack our order in boxes if there wasn't any seating available. Fortunately, we found seating for all eight of us! If the patio is full, you can always spread a blanket out on the lawn. We ordered the carnivore pizza, a vegetarian pizza, a Caesar salad, and a house salad. Everyone loved the food, and we appreciated the wide selection of beer on tap.

A perfect spot for coffee, beer, and pizza! It’s going to be a warm evening, and I don’t want to go thirsty. That’s why I’m filling up my growler with 64 ounces of the amazing Boneyard RPM IPA from Bend, a true Northwest craft brew. It has a delightful floral aroma with hints of grapefruit, and the bitterness is just right—not overly malty. At Hop and Brew, my mug is chilling in the cooler, ready to be filled so I can either sip or take a big gulp. Each sip brings fresh hops to my palate, with a satisfying bitter tingle as it slides down. Boneyard is my go-to with my partner! Hop and Brew boasts 36 taps featuring the best beers in the Bend area. You can enjoy a pint inside with a sandwich or pizza, sit outside on the inviting patio, or even play a game of cornhole on the lawn. Come grab a bite and enjoy some brews—just get out and have fun!

Charming spot featuring a great selection of beers, ciders, and coffee, which is reflected in its clever name. The outdoor seating area has actual hops growing around the patio, which adds a nice touch. We opted for a couple of flight tastings to enjoy a variety of beers and ciders, which we found quite enjoyable. The family-sized HB salad we ordered was delicious. We also tried three pizzas: the supreme, traditional cheese, and the Southwest taco pizza. When we inquired about the Yelp check-in offer, the friendly cashier checked with a manager, but unfortunately, we were told they don't participate in that. This was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a small benefit. The pizza was decent overall, although the crust was slightly overcooked. The taco pizza had a nice kick to it and was heavily topped with lettuce. While this may not be our top choice for dining in Sisters, it’s definitely worth stopping by for a drink.

Just passing through town and decided to stop for lunch. So good!! We will definitely be making this stop again and will recommend to anyone we know passing through the Sisters area. Pizza was amazing!!!

Stopped in on my way home to Redmond for a beer and personal pizza. The Schillings Passion Fruit Cider Is so yummy, and the pizza! Oh my goodness!!!! Don't know how they do the crust, but it has to be one of the best I've ever had! Yum. So glad I stopped in! Definitely recommend.
