Villa Blanche Bistro - Siolim

I have finally found the best vegan and gluten-free food in Goa. It was simply delicious. Thank you!

Nice cafe in the open with tables spread under a large tree in the compound. Their menu is extensive. We went for dinner recommend the salads and meats. The loos are clean and there is a pop up store where we bought some interesting gifts.

I really want to like this restaurant, especially because it's clean. However, the food always disappoints me for some reason. I can't seem to find anything that tastes good. Like other critics have mentioned, it comes off as pretentious. Despite all this, I still enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant.

Excellent setting, decoration, loo, eating, waiter. a beautiful place with atmospheric lighting and beautiful atmosphere, everything was quite perfect and it was easy to eat without pressure. the food we had was homemade and not bought what made a nice change that is in place... really easy on the eye and the deck of the parachute was quite charming and certainly added a certain something to the environment.

I'm not sure if this place is French or German, but regardless, the food and service were terrible. The German dish was great with potato salad, but the raw potatoes were unbeatable. The waiters were busy playing on their phones and the washing machine was running in the background. I understand it's in India, but it's not worth a visit. There are many other places in the area that are much better than Villa Blanche.
