O'Charley's - Simpsonville

Our experience started great when hostess Lisa, who has been there for many years, welcomed us with a huge smile and brought us to the table in the bar area. It was from this point that the bartender, Andrea, took over and did an amazing job. She explained and described several of the newer menu item to us then quickly brought our rolls and drinks. After our order she had the salads within a minute and kept the drinks filled and table clean during the meal. The food was hot and fresh and tasteful. Had a great experience and will be back soon.

I’m rating 5 stars because our server, Emily was excellent! She said she is normally a cook and picked up an extra shift waiting tables this evening. She is the best waitress we have had anywhere in years! This restaurant is lucky to have her! Oh, and the food was good too!

I love this place! In the city for work and happened over O'Charley's for dinner. Sa at the bar and Kota the bartender could not have been nicer. Dinner and drinks were great! I had the cedar plank salmon that I definitely come back when I'm in town.

I wasn't much to this place, but if it were cheaper, I would definitely go more often. The food itself tastes really good and is a good quality. This is even after we brought it home and sat it for a few minutes. I could just say that because it was really good, it would be better in the restaurant. Regarding the price, you are on the same as other businesses as these. About $10-12 for a meal. The only grip is that I and my sister have made the pickup of the curb, and they have never brought out our food. It turns out there was a mess, and basically I think they didn't know it was curbside and that it was Door Dash. Since I've been working in the food industry, I know everything is happening, so it's completely understandable. I'm mainly saying that you might have to go in if you're just going to the curb. I can't say much for customer service, but for the minute I was, people seemed really nice. I would recommend this place.

Service was great and food super good! The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because when we came there and we went to the counter, the hostess asked how many and I told her 2. She didn't want a name and said it'll take a few minutes. We waited to be called and other people came in and sat. I went back to the counter and asked her if we would soon get a table and she said she didn't write our name and it will be a few minutes. I saw more people sitting and that was after I gave our name and they came to us. About 15 minutes later, I had to go back to the counter and ask if we would get another table, but that was another girl. She asked my name and I told her. You didn't have our name on the right newspaper! So this girl sat us a way. She said she was sorry. Thank you. Then everything went smooth.
