Starbucks - Simi Valley

Kindness is really something that deserves so much. I hope the baristas here are having an amazing day on this super rainy day, because they made mine with their great mood.

You walk in and there are young people everywhere. Clearly this is their hang out. There was a very long line at the register but no one was taking orders. The girl with the black shirt was standing around talking about mom work stuff. so I spoke up to her and said Is anyone taking orders? So then she came over and started taking orders. The floors were very dirty. The workers all were working hard though. They were all friendly. Just the one slacking incident in the beginning. I must say that they made the best drink I have ever had which was a expresso frap with caramel drizzle. It was perfect and the Best drink ever!

First Starbucks I have come across that offers heavy cream and a fresh pour over.The other Starbucks could take a lesson from this little stand.

I would give no star if allowed.. lady who works here is so in professional. First time she was washing utensils and ignored even when people were waiting.. could atleast have told she is in middle of something and would get to them after done.. had to wait for more than 5 mins..had similar experience next time too.. would rather drive extra mile and go to another Starbucks next time...

Nothing great. Your typical Starbucks located inside a grocery store.
