Numero Uno Pizza - Simi Valley

BEWARE when ordering through Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. Their pizza prices are WAY more expensive than on their regular menu. For instance, a 16” Hawaiian pizza is $51.00 when ordering from a delivery app, but is $40.00 if you order for pick-up. That’s a really big difference. I would order from them, but not at these prices.

The lady is rude. I called bc I was curious about their pizza sizes and if they were going to be open on Labor Day and she got impatient and hung up on me.

Pretty good. Almost as good as the Numero Uno of my youth that still is my favorite pizza on the planet and almost extinct. I’d say the pizza was on par, but something I can’t quite put my finger on was lacking. Close enough to satiate the craving once in a while. Customer service skills in the only lady working that night apparently were absolutely sub par. Not mean or intentionally rude, but very short and curt like she had a million things she’d rather be doing. On the phone I told her the kind and size of pie was wanted for pick up and she said “ok thank you good bye”. I quickly raised my voice to say “wait! I’m not done!” to complete the order. Demeanor about the same when I arrived. Maybe she was having a bad day or just doesn’t realize she’s coming off as rude. Important thing is that I got the Numero Uno thick crust I’ve been craving for months. And it was good enough to scratch the itch.

Nice lady, to the point, but super nice! Pizza is numero uno IE: number 1 or pretty darn good

Well, they’ve lost my business and I never even made it there. The woman that seems to be rude to everyone has made it apparent that she doesn’t want business. I won’t be bringing myself to spend my money at this establishment
