Mcdonald's - Simi Valley

Got our order wrong. Charged us the wrong order. Was confused on why we got different food and when we said we didn't get the right food they took. The. Food. Back. I hope they didn't give it to someone else. We wash our hands. But imagine eating food that a dirty stranger touched. It's post-covid but germs still

It's always a great choice for my son. Everyone is extremely nice and very courteous. The only thing I wish is that they carry more healthy options such as vegetables and fruit.

When it's good it's good. Fresh fries, perfect coca cola. When it's not.. Cold fries and flat coke. Unfortunately you just never know which one you're getting.

Horrible food! Fries had so much salt I couldnt eat them. Cheese on burgers wasnt melted. Never ever will I eat at this location again. A kindergarter could have done better!!

The fries were actually hot. Haven't got hot fries from a fast food restaurant in awhile. It was so good.
