It's Boba Time - Simi Valley

My service started off when i asked for a coccunt strawberry smoothie boba water-based bc I can't have dairy , but the lady rold me in a grumpy way that was is impossible. Which is not true bc I have gotten that here before and at several other boba places. As I was looking for something else to get that was non dairy, she gave me an angry glare and then told me that the non dairy milks are discussing and I should not get them. Then, after looking at the acai bowls and deciding against the outrageous price, $12!!! with a sad heart bc I was really excited for boba , I left and went to Starbucks.Where the workers were so kind.

Been waiting for over 15 maybe 20 min there was 2 people in front but then 5 people came in after and got their stuff first so after asking turns our they completely dismissed my order and the guy who took my order hid in the back instead of apologizing he made himself a drink . Another guy apologized but I was not angry at him I even gave the half of what I paid as a tip extremely upset.

The boba is always good. Just tried the strawberry popping boba for the first time and it's so good. I ordered online and got there pretty fast and it was already ready with quick service. The ambiance is typical for a boba shop, just grab and go with seating outside.

Half dozen macaroons. I bought this as a gift to deliver to a mom as a gift on Mother's Day. It arrived in a cheap plastic container instead of the box pictured on the menu. Looks like a cheap gift. I wouldn't have ordered a half dozen in this case if I had known it would be in a to go container and not in a box. That was the point.

This place is a family favorite. We go at least once a week if not more. We love the taro smoothie, Thai iced tea and mango pineapple smoothie. They also have delicious açaí bowls. They were SO busy last night and I decided to write a review. The entire staff was hustling yet people were still being super rude and impatient. Sharon S (i think that's her name according to my receipt) was working so hard.
