Firehouse Cafe - Simi Valley

This place was perfect in every sense. The atmosphere, the service(waitress), and of course the food. Four people, 74bucks...not bad. But I think the company I was surrounded with, was the highlight.

Has a small town feel, and the pancakes are rememberable in a good way. It was around 11 am on a Sunday morning and 80% of the customers were SCREAMING babies and kids, it's a small restaurant so you can't escape the crying and screaming.

This is undoubtedly one of the best spots for breakfast in Simi. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere with a charming small-town vibe. I highly recommend this place!

I have no idea where all the positive reviews are coming from; they must be fake. Trust me, the food is terrible, and the prices are outrageously high. It's also incredibly loud, like a madhouse. The eggs were fried in old beef fat, which made me feel nauseous. On one visit, they were working on the drainage system, and the whole place reeked of raw sewage both inside and outside. I actually had to run out and get sick in their flower bed. We ended up eating somewhere else, and you should too.

This place has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, both in the food and the decor. Our breakfast was fantastic, and the pancakes were wonderfully buttery. My only issue is that the bathroom could use a better hand dryer or some paper towels.
