Can we just talk about the Ed taco for a second The carnitas are nice and moist and the chicaron just gives it a nice lil crunch definitely packed with flavor. Definitely my new favorite at Epic! My kid is picky when it comes to trying new things. Lately he has been obsessed with the birria tacos and consume and asks for them weekly

Birria tacos...birria is not as low key or under the radar these days but they've been doing it well since way back Epic consomme... and did I mention birria? They always have my favorite agua fresca... pepino y limon cucumber lime Taco Tuesday discount on the regular street tacos, at least the one time I visited on a Tuesday Menu includes surf shrimp turf, fries, and churros too?!From local food truck to brick mortar spot, I enjoy eating in or even taking it to go. They can get busy at lunch time so don't be surprised if there's a wait. They have vegetarian options and they offer catering too.

I love this place sooooo much! I always see them at the football games at the Simi Valley High School Stadium and they are amazing! They staff are so nice and I'm in love with their shrimp tacos.

We ordered online so our food would be ready when we got there, which it was. It has a fast food vibe but that's ok as long as your not looking for a sit down restaurant with ambulance. It is clean and the staff was very nice. The food is delicious no doubt, however I thought the corn cup had a bit too much toppings on it for me. Chips and salsa where very good, we ordered a side of Epic sauce which is really good. Overall it's a pretty good value. We ordered a total of 7 tacos, a side of chips and salsa, and the corn in a cup. Our total was just under $45. I would go back for sure there were other things on the menu I would like to try.

I like there crispy beef tacos. But today I ordered 2 to go and the beef was really salty. Please don't put a lot of salt in your food. It's not healthy and if it continues I won't be ordering them
