I had Sara Foutz as a bartender at the Plano site of Chuys Highway 75. And I'll never return there again. She was extremely rude, used a lot of professionalism, continued to talk garbage about several different girls who were part of her personal life and girls who also worked there. Her drinks were weak, she gave terrible service, she was on the phone the majority of time. I used to be a server, so I know how it is, but that was absolutely terrible behavior. She mentioned that she was in her 20s, but like a pampered 5 years old, she was throwing a tantrum. I have some favorite servers there, and I usually go a few times a month and always tip generously, but because of Sara I will never return to the site. I used to bring big parties from friends who were all servers, but we will take our business differently. She should be fired right away. The worst service I've ever experienced. Very disappointed.

Occasionally there is a co-federation on a Friday night. The seat is nothing beautiful. Decor is an interesting mix of funny art Mexican wall work and 50s surfer chic. The drinks are strong and cheap, chips and salsa are groundless and the food . . . for most part, I would not feed it to a dog. It's a bar, not a restaurant. Drink. If you have to eat, the street tacos are pretty good.
