It obviously KFC will continue to ignore customer complaints to ignoring smaller birds cut into pieces some pieces w bread, fat besides no meat. What is this soggy bread that it used to be tasteful, right? You're soggy. Only a good tasty side was Kohl Coleslaw. Store is clean, staff friendly, fast service so a star about Delhi for that.

Litteringly simply by driving through which I asked for additional salt the lady asked if I said salt and I said yes, she took handful of pepper and gave it to me angry. It's immature and small.

Placed an online order for 40 minutes past the order time. Arrived at the time I set, and they hadn 't even started making my food as they weren 't sure when you 'd arrive. Isn 't that why I told you when I was showing up?

I was going to order lunch but the female employee was rushing the gentleman in front of me and then made me feel rushed as well. She seemed stressed out and this turned me off...I was hoping for better customer service from KFC. These are challenging times but customers shouldn't take the brunt of it. Friendly service with a smile is the expectation. I decided to go elsewhere.
