We stopped here for a light snack midafternoon. The three slider appetizer is a great dish for a snack and has three sliders-one each of crab, chicken, and beef. Just the right amount with a cocktail. Tasty and economical as well. You also have your choice of seating in doors or outdoors on two different patios. Wait staff was pleasant and efficient and made sure we were well looked after. Will definately stop here again.

Service is very very slow, food is poor!We eat as a family, took ages for the food to come and when it did it was poor quality and cold.Come on owner, people deserve better than this you should be ashamed.Even the staff agreed with me that the time taken to get the food was unacceptable and they are all aware of the terrible reviews this place gets!

The worst place ever! Service was slow, starter came out! it was cold and disgusting! Drinks were terrible and watered down! We waited an eternity for our main meal, took my son to the washroom, came back and they had finally brought it out and they had dumped my husbands entire meal in his lap. It stunk like old fish! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!We left without paying as it was the worst ever service and as of for the food, well we left it ! DONT GO THERE!

I have been to the Rumrunner many times, mostly for lunch. The menu has lots to offer and the food is always consistent. A great place to take out of town visitors for the view. Love it there in the Winter on stormy days too.

Time to give it up, Bill! Maybe spend more time providing a service than patrolling the parking lot. Or I've been frequenting your establishment for fifteen-some years now, left thousands of dollars there, if not more, in ever-decreasing frequency. Last year I visited four times, down from almost bi-weekly at one stage, and last week was THE last time.I make a rule of not rating establishments in my neighbourhood, but enough is enough. The last visit with a crew of family is it. I don't need to get embarrassed as to where I take family in the world we live in.Bad service, grubbier every time I walk in, clueless staff, apparently zero training as to process. Prices would suggest you are running a three-star Michelin establishment...Done Go away Bill.
