Subway - Shreveport

Drive Thru speaker doesn’t work hasn’t worked for months. They still haven’t fixed it or added a sign that says “pull up to the window”. Waited at the window 15 minutes before someone took my order (they all just looked at me). If you don’t want to work the window, add a sign that says “Please come inside”. Simple as that.

No one ever answered the drive thru so I went inside. The vegetables weren't fresh, I was charged for a more expensive sandwich than what I ordered, and the music was inappropriate for families. The sandwich was ultimately ok though.. tasted like you would expect Subway to taste.

Ordered off doordash and every single 12 inch sub was wrong completely wrong.Thankfully the manager allowed us to bring them back for new ones.

Ordered the mexicali chicken footlong. No avocado and not toasted as ordered on app. Service was friendly.

I always enjoy eating here. The staff at lunch time and kind and friendly, no matter how busy it gets. The service is excellent and the sandwichs are made the way you want. Come by and share a smile with the staff.
