Roma Italian Bistro - Shreveport

Absolutely amazing experience! The bartender on duty was super friendly and sweet, and the food was hot, fast, and delicious. The lunch special is a steal and you get pasta, salad, and breadsticks for about $12. Guarantee that I will be coming back.

We had dinner there last night for my brother's birthday. There was about 15 of us there. The food and drinks were good but the service was awful. None of our food came out at the same time and several times the food had to be sent back because it was wrong. My brother did not get his food until everyone was ready to leave and had to cash out. My daughter ordered a simple spaghetti and did not receive until we were ready to leave. It was a very disappointing experience.

I got the fettuccine, as well as the cheese ravioli and some dinner rolls. Everything was flavorless, nothing seemed like it was fresh. The ravioli was burnt to the bottom of the serving tray almost as if it was microwaved. The fettuccine was greasy the chicken was black and the sauce taste burnt. Overall terrible experience and definitely am not ever going back to this place.

Went here on Sunday on a date. Early dinner. We were one of only two tables with customers. There were three servers on duty, and our server acted like we were one of 6 tables she had. Initially I thought maybe it was just the server, but it may have also been the kitchen. They made one of their own dishes wrong, and when we mentioned it to the server, it was pretty much Oh well. We ordered more bread, and was informed it would cost extra, which was fine, but then we didn 't get the bread until we were ready for the check. We were told the bread would be comped, but it wasn 't. The service was so bad that I thought we were being pranked at first. The menu items are entirely too expensive for the awful service we received. If you 're going to charge high prices, then the service is where you make it worth it. Food was good other than the not being made with the ingredients described on the menu. Paid $60 for two people. I would 've asked to speak with management, but it didn 't look like any manager was even there.

I ordered pickup: stromboli with minus sausage beef a Philly cheese steak. Got home and my. stromboli had sauce and no pepperoni. The Philly was empty on both ends. Very disappointed in this!!!
