Love love love this place! They have a huge variety of oils and vinegar, all I've tried are yummy. The ladies in the shop are very helpful and just plain fun to be with. The drive from east Texas is well worth the time.
Was a great little place to stop in for a early snack and glass of wine while shopping. Great atmosphere and service.
So glad to see this concept make its way to Shreveport. I experienced a similar oil and vinegar tasting room in Chicago several years ago. Highly recommend visiting and exploring all the many yummy flavor combinations. On my last trip, I came away with Meyer lemon oil and blueberry balsamic. Delicious together or separate in multiple dishes. The blueberry balsamic is great on plain yogurt!
An olive oil and vinegar tasting bar! The only one in all of north Louisiana. Such an interesting concept. Flavors beyond this world available in both a vinegar and olive oil! I sampled both the dark chocolate vinegar, and also the Blood Orange infused olive oil and they were both outstanding! This is a new business, open just six weeks. I hope that the good people of Shreveport-Bossier City will support this business. Both vinegar and olive oil, with these unique flavors, would make fantastic tools for cooking adventurous meals! These will also make great gifts for the holidays and contributions to holiday gift baskets. This store is located in the Pierremont shopping center on East 70th Street, right next door to Shogun, and neighbors in the same center as Rotolo's Pizzeria, Roly Poly, Southern Maid and Painting with a Twist!
