Piccadilly - Shreveport

There's nothing quite like Piccadilly. It brings back memories of Sundays after church with my grandma, who absolutely loved this place. I used to be the head baker at the one in Longview, TX, and I'm happy to say that the food is still just as amazing as ever.

The food was decent, but the service could use some improvement. I wish I had been seated with the friendly blonde woman. I'd consider eating here again if someone else was footing the bill.

The service was disappointing; the server was rude, and the waitress seemed inattentive and unprofessional. When I managed to catch her attention, she acted as if I was bothering her. The food was decent, but it would have been much better if it had been served hot. In the end, I had to ask for a to-go box so I could microwave my meal at home, which really defeats the purpose of dining out. Piccadilly used to be great, but sadly, that's in the past.

A throwback to my younger days a great experience. Very happy to see Picadilly back operating in Shreveport. Some places don't need to change Picadilly is one. EVERYTHING tasted great and my sever went above and beyond.

The Shreveport location needs a serious renovation. Bathroom is in horrible shape. And is just drab. Food served cool not hot. Had to send back to be warmed up. They had NO carrot soufflé which is a signature side. The server Gloria was great though.
