If I were the owner of this McDonald's, I would immediately retrain the staff and conduct a thorough cleaning of the entire place, or I would request a surprise visit from corporate headquarters. Clearly, something needs to be addressed here. This location has great potential due to its high traffic, which means it could generate significant revenue, but the current management is not up to par. When I visited around 4:30 PM, there was only one other person present, and he was an employee on break. It's disheartening to see such poor service; if it were my business, I would have reconsidered the entire staff.
